Protein Avocado Toast

  1. Blend everything together and pour into a bowl

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 scoop of nutrient powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of oatmeal1/2 cup True Elements Dried Blueberries
1 tsp Cream Cheese
